Below are our standard daily fees before any Child Care Subsidy is applied. Most families pay significantly less than the listed rate once CCS is factored in.

Reduce Your Fees with CCS
FDPS OOSH is an approved Child Care Subsidy (CCS) provider. CCS is an Australian Government payment that helps families with the cost of childcare — and it applies to OOSH services like ours.
How it works:
- CCS is paid directly to us — you only pay the gap fee
- Your subsidy percentage depends on family income and activity level
- Families earning under $80,000 may receive up to 90% subsidy
- Apply through your myGov account linked to Centrelink
Example: If after school care is $30/day and your CCS rate is 85%, you'd pay just $4.50 per session out of pocket.

Fill in our enrolment form with your child's details and medical information.

Set Up Payment
Arrange direct debit through Debitsuccess and confirm your CCS details with Centrelink.
STEP 4
Welcome to OOSH
Attend a brief orientation and your child is ready for their first day.
Payment Information
Payment Method
All fees are collected via direct debit. You'll set this up as part of the enrolment process.
Late Pickup
A late fee of $20.00 applies for the first 15 minutes after 6:00pm, then $2.00 per minute thereafter. Please contact us as soon as possible if you're running late.
Cancellations & Changes
Two weeks' written notice is required to cancel or change a booking. Booked sessions can be swapped within the same week. Fees are charged for sessions not attended without notice.
Allergies & Dietary Needs
Please advise any allergies, intolerances, or dietary requirements on your child's enrolment form. We maintain an allergy-aware environment. Children with medical conditions (e.g. anaphylaxis, asthma) must have a current ASCIA action plan and medication kept on site.

✅ CCS details (CRN for parent and child, linked via myGov)
✅ Debitsuccess Direct Debit Form (for fee payments)
