Our Regulatory Framework
FDPS OOSH operates under the National Quality Framework for education and care services. Our programs are guided by the My Time, Our Place learning framework for school-age care, and we are assessed against the National Quality Standard by the Australian Children's Education & Care Quality Authority (ACECQA).

Our Commitment to Child Safety
The safety and wellbeing of every child in our care is our highest priority. FDPS OOSH has zero tolerance for child abuse or neglect. All staff hold current Working with Children Checks and receive ongoing training in child protection. We are committed to the National Principles for Child Safe Organisations.

Privacy
FDPS OOSH collects personal information from families as part of the enrolment and care process. This information is used solely for the purposes of providing care, meeting regulatory requirements, and administering Child Care Subsidy. We handle all personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles. Your child's information is stored securely and is never shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law. Our full Privacy Policy is available on request.
